It is for a plastic tube that goes from the engine of my motorized paraglider to the inlet of my new gas tank. The plastic is a little too tight and I can't warm it up with a flame because of gasoline that may still be in the engine.
Then try going the other direction and freezing the smaller tube. That may make it shrink enough to fit.
