You should contact the manufacturers of remotes and ask them about this.
There are jumbo remotes out there. They are mostly made by the same Chinese company, and sold under numerous brands. See site below. Telus does not make cable boxes, they are just a TV provider who uses boxes from actual box manufacturers such as Echostar or Motorola. You need to find out if those Jumbo remotes support that particular brand box.
