I need to install a lock on the inside and outside of my bedroom door. It's a mortice door and I don't want to get a mortice key. I have two separate locks, one for outside, one for inside. I'm 21 living on my own with roommates so I figured a drill machine is something I should learn. I got a black decker one from Home Depot, locks goggles. Are there any precautions, special things I should do in regards to the drill machine? or is it pretty straightforward?
That is effed up. They have no real solid reason to fire you. It's all hearsay. You work with a bunch of immature idiots. I would try to look for a new job.
Many houses built in Victorian times did have fires in all the rooms, many of those fires would have been lit when it was very cold or when people were ill, any hot embers from the fire was put in what was known as a warming pan, like a shallow pan made of brass or copper with lid attached to a long handle and that was used to warm the bed sheets before people got into bed.. many of those fireplaces were boarded up as the chimney caused a draft and they re now being un-boarded and re used, it is lovely if you find an original fireplace and is very fashionable right now..
They have motion detectors and heat sensors, so, unless you are dead (and therefore motionless and cold), you will show up on their sensors and they will come arrest you!
