why do roads in northern, coder states such as washington and michigan need to be repaired more often than roads in warmer, southern states such as texas and florida.? why does this occur, and what form of mechanica weathering accounts for this?

No working DNA systems yet. Fingerprint (IDENT been heavily used nationally since mid 90's) and retinal patterns have both been used for years. They are well developed and can be trustworthy. Other biometric access control identification systems, such as; voice, facial recognition, breath recognition, computer use of some Bertillon methods and body odor are all in use but are not as mature as fingerprint and retinal scans. They simply are not good enough for sensitive locations.
