1981 Jeep CJ7, Small block Chevy 350, Turbo 350 transmission, Dana 300. I‘m wanting to be able to run 38 tires and go mudding. What axles/gears should I upgrade to? Currently have Dana 30 front/AMC 20 rear. Should I go Dana 44‘s front and back? Ford Dana 44 front/Ford 9 rear? Chevy Dana 44 front/12 bolt rear? Dana 60‘s? For the axles you suggest.what are the best known donor vehicles? I found a great deal on the Chevy D44 front and 12 bolt rearbut after searching, I found that there is very little information on this swap. I love the wider stance look, so I doubt I will do much to cut them down to size.

The 100,000 mile warranty covers drive train, not an alarm going off. But the car should still be under warranty and even if it isn't . YOU TAKE it in and get the thing repaired.
