Does anyone know where I can find a replacement for the rubber seal that goes around the needle (which in turn punctures the k-cup) for a Keurig K-cup machine?Alternatively, if there's a standard tap washer that works, I can try that, but it seems more compressible than hard rubber.I've had a couple lost or go bad on our various machines, so I'm surprised I'm having such a hard time finding a replacement!
seeing as 240V x 10A is 2400W, then no In practice it might, just, or else the breaker would keep tripping off Why do you want to run an electric heater off a geneator ? It's probably more efficient to use a kerosene-burning boiler.
Not true - smoke detection is required in most jurisdictions based on the occupancy level where as CO2 detection though still relatively new - most likely is not a code requirement. Though always a good idea to have one regardless, you can always check with the local fire marshall/inspector. The quick formula cited in the answer above gives the range at which the water hits the ground. The maximum height will occur at the vertex of the parabolic trajectory, which occurs at half that horizontal range: (1/2) (25 m/s)^2 sin(2x35) / (9.8 m/s^2) 30.0 meters
