I was cooking earlier and my smoke detectors went off. I live in an apartment complex and have three alarms (one in the hallway, and one in each bedroom). My husband had to take the one in the hall and one of the alarms in a bedroom off and unplug the alarm completely. The one in the other bedroom at that time was not going off so he left it up. Yet, that alarm is blinking rapidly a green light. An hour or so later we tried to plug in the other two alarms, yet they won't stop going off once attached by a/c power. I can't figure out what I need to do, I am so tired of listening to this alarm and I am worried to unplug the only remaining working alarm. (even though it is flashing rapidly a green light)Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Wow, that just doesn't make any sense. I would call a handyman immediately and see if there is a problem with your wiring. Depending on your abilities, I would disengage it from the house wiring and replace it with a standard battery powered smoke alarm. Whatever is wrong with it, it is not reliable and it needs repair or replacing.
Best answer, the batteries are low and need to be replace. I have a hard wire system with battery back-up. I replace the battery the the alarm stop chirping. I have (4) units in my townhouse. Just save $21.00 an hour for Handyman services.
IM not sure about the raw feeding part, but i believe that it would be best to get the puppy at 8 weeks old that way you can begin the socialization process asap. they are really smart animals due to both breeds, but the wolf is a little timid so the sooner you introduce the pup to humans and start training the pup the more likely you will have a good pet. don't you just love how people criticize of us who have these type of animals. I think i would like another if my other dog wasn't having puppies. check out the profile pic that smy wolf shepard mix smart and beautiful.
I stayed in Redding when I made that trip. As you come South, it depends on which road you take. If you go to the 5 it is a fast trip and a stop at Harris Ranch is a must for a good steak dinner. If you take the 101 try a stop in Gilroy, Solvang or Pismo Beach. If you go through Fresno, a stop their is nice.
Sounds as though the detector is an AC power w/battery backup unit. Usually speaking: * it is connected to a house circuit (wires) using a breaker for a disconnecting means - you might need a competent electrician to shut off/disconnect the power to the detector for service/replacement * there is a battery to provide backup power * 'chirping' sounds are usually trouble indicators - battery needs replacement, sensor needs cleaning, etc. Prolly your best best is contact the detector manufacturer for assistance as we can only guess based on the info you've provided.
