knee wall insulation?

In my knee wall there is a foil face fiberglass insulation over existing blown-in insulation can i add more fiberglass blown-in insulation or batts over the foil face fiberglass insulation ( the foil is facing down) Thanks

Answer:

Exploding bullets as you are describing, are in violation of the NFA, National Firearms Act of 1968I don't know where you got this information but not in this country.
not only is it illegal but it is unethical and unnecessaryno matter what you are hunting there is always a gun that will effectively harvest your animalim not telling you to shoot the biggest gun you can at an animal so it dies, im just saying hunting with those bullets would be a waste of meatif you want to get explosive bullets you have to make themthey are still useless though because they are actually less effective than a regular bullet ( whatever your preference)and every bullet has one shot stopping power as long as you take good shots.
KCX is quite correctIf these bullets exist then they would be classified as 'destructive devices' and illegal in the USAAre exploding rounds one-shot stoppers? If you could, ask one of our former Presidents (intitials 'RR')During a failed-assasination attempt by someone obsessed with a certain former child actress whose most recent, successful film is entitled 'The Brave One' this former Prez was actually shot with 'exploding bullets.' Shooter got a solid torso hit, tooThe Prez didn't have a clue and thought one of his body guards had accidently broken his rib while trying to protect him! H
You've got some bad information therepoisoned or explosive rounds are not legal in this country, or anywhere else that I know ofFrangible, (compressed metal powder), rounds do transfer all of the kinetic energy to the target at the price of decreased penetrationThese are availableThey are sometimes used by air marshalls etcDo not even think about combining acetone peroxide with firearms in any way(The substance varies widely in sensitivity with water content and is volatile.)
First of all a knee wall is a vertical wall usually between ceiling joist and rafters and is usually less than 6'That is why it is called a knee wall - you must kneel down to stand against itSo, your question is a little confusing! Anyway you always want the vapor barrier or foil placed on the heated/cooled side of the wall, and in your application someone place a foil face barrier over blown insulation which is not correctThe foil or vapor barrier should be right next to the back side of the drywall or other wall material in the occupied roomIf mike holmes was doing this he would tear your house down to fix this, however other than pulling all the insulation out and starting over - I would just add unfaced insulation over whatever is currently in placeYou situation is not the best - however unless you have a high humidity problem , it is not going to be a big problem.
