Answer:

Hi, Yes you can build such a structure. I have build chuppahs and wedding arches. If what you are building, be sure to anchor the legs to the ground. Good Luck. rh
Best option is a acrylic sealer once a year which is very similar to the final coating on EPDM. One easy option is to thin gloss white acrylic paint and coat once a year. 303 is a petro chem emulsified oil and very limited longevity or protective ability. I would not give any concern to petro chem products. that's a very misunderstood point yet do stay clear of harsh cleaners/surfactants.
Set the RV so it is slightly off-level to prevent water from collecting on top and possibly damaging the cover or the camper itself. Clean and condition the roof at the end of the season, and inspect caulking and seals for signs they are cracking and need to be replaced. Allow the roof and any new seal repairs to dry thoroughly before covering. Periodically check under the cover to make sure no water or pests are getting inside. Condition the tires with UV-inhibitor to prevent dry-rot. Drain and clean the holding tanks and hot water heater, adding some RV anti-freeze when done. Drain and blow-out all the fresh water plumbing and then run RV anti-freeze through the system until it comes out of each fixture. Pour 1 to 2 cups of anti-freeze in each drain. I put scented drier sheets (such as Bounce) in the corners of all the beds, cabinets and storage areas. They discourage pests from coming inside. Don't ignore your RV all winter. Go inside once a month and check that no problems have developed. Catching trouble early can help avoid costly repairs later.
