hello i have a 2002 cadillac deville. I recently had both axle‘s replaced. At first it worked fine then all if a sudden it started leaking an insane amount of Trans fluid from the driver side axle. Took to mechanic he said it the seal was probably busted. So he replaced with new seal. Trans fluid still leaked a lot. My center motor mount is also broken so every time it goes into drive the motor lifts up a bit. Also the car only leaks when put in drive, mechanic said it was most likely the the engine moving so much and causing pressure on axle and thus leaking the trans fluid. Could someone with some car knowledge pleaase help. What is more than likely wrong with my car.
Its very simple 1. The seal is bad or the wrong one 2. The axle end piece is damaged As for the mount, it will cause all types of issues but nothing with the leak.
