Try grabbing the bulb with some sort of rubber sheeting for trackson. Turn firmly but slowly with a slow, even, steady pressure. I'd also wrap a second layer of a dishcloth, handtowel or something in case the bulb breaks. Sometimes a light bulb can get wedged in pretty tightly. If the bulb breaks, use a piece of carrot about the same size diameter of the bulb end to jam onto the jagged inside and turn the bulb base out. I've never in 50 years had a lightbulb I couldn't get out.
as the alarm is ringing, manually increase the volume. Also, when u personalise ur profile and increase the volume, this increases the volume of the ringtone, message tone, and alarm tone.
