If you want to change the actuator for the door lock. Remove the door panel first. You may need to research how to remove the door panel or buy a chilton manual (youtube?). You may need a special tool. Try to buy the lock actuator at the auto parts store first so you will know what you are looking for. Next, on the bottom corner of the door you can feel for the actuator by raising the power window all the way up and reaching your hand into the door down to the corner. If you can't see it then feel for it and figure out how it is attached to the sheet metal. You may have to drill it out and then rivet the new one back in. So get yourself a rivet gun with rivets if you need one. Good luck.
