When people say lightening only strikes a certain place once, do they mean ever or in the same storm???
didnt know there was such a thing.. my guess is it looks for high concentrations of carbon which is not going to be easy.. since 99% of everything on the planet has some carbon in it
No actually i need Diamond Detactor in human body or say for stoping the theft in diamond markets or at jewellery shop. So do you have any knowledge regarding this type of detector which can detect the diamonds.
If you don't have any gas in your home then you aren't making any carbon monoxide. What you need to find out is if the vent stack from the apartment boiler is in anyway connected with your apartment ventillation system. If the answer is no, then the only carbon monoxide that might be generated in your apartment is if you smoke cigarettes.
I still have my childhood blanket and I am 27 years old. My aunt made it for me and it means alot to me. I was saving it for my first daughter. I have two sons but now I am pregnant again with my daughter.
I am not quite sure what you mean exactly but I think you are referring to the machines that commercial jewellers use to distinguish between fake and real diamonds. There are two main instruments in use at the moment. The first is a thermal probe. This works because diamond has a very high ability to conduct heat, the instrument has a very small point which is heated by electricity, this is placed against the stone in question and the rate at which it cools is measured by the machine. It is the cooling rate which indicates if the stone is real or fake. The second tool is called a Reflectometer, this measures the light reflected by a polished facet of the stone and using a version of Snell's Law converts it into a refractive index which is a characteristic that varies with each type of stone. Neither of these instruments are 100% effective and it is possible to make a mistake and this is where the experience of the operator becomes vital. There are other methods of identifying diamonds beyond all doubt and to indicate if the stone is a natural diamond or one that has been lab made. These tests are far more complex and beyond the average jeweller so are only performed in properly equipped laboratories.
