Looking for clip art of a warrior with a shield.?
No chance it's still good. The propellant is long gone and even the powdered product has compacted into a hard mass at the bottom of the tank. You could take it to a place that recharges extinguishers. It's possible that they can evacuate the powder, replace it and recharge the tank. Then you can ask them to set up an inspection schedule for you to either come to your place or have you take it to them to check the pressure and viability of the powder. The older extinguishers are almost always rechargeable while the newest ones rarely are unless you get the really expensive ones. I just went through this and it's worth it to have a good extinguisher recharged rather than take a chance on new ones being really rechargeable (regardless of what they say when you buy them.)
Don't hate on ma Kanye,. *snap snap snap*
Most likely not, I would get a new one because you normally have to replace them every two years. REPLACE IT OR YOU WILL BE SORRY . (just in case)
