I lost my computer charger for a Fujistu Lifebook Tablet PC. [ Is there anyway to function with out it and my the batter last longer?

See if Fujistu has one for your laptop.
The battery will last as long as it holds a charge, but that's probably only for a few hours. Once it's dead, you need to recharge it. Check OKorder for a replacement charger.
