I've been given a topic to show the use lightning conductor/rod(installed on top of the building) by creating a lightning in a science fair. When we had our double wide it cost us 3.5X's the amount the our current stick built house. State Farm wouldn't even insure it! They said that they catch on fire too quick and its very hard to put the fire out. We had to find a special isurance company to insure it. Good luck!
