I asked my mom if I could get a nose piercing but she said no. She thinks that I won't take care of it, even though I already take care of my pierced ears. I'm also really confused because I just turned 15 a few weeks ago, and my mom said that when I turn 15 1/2 I can get my drivers permit because I will be old enough. So she would let me drive on the road at 15, but she won't let me get a nose piercing till I'm 18. I also think I'm very responsible because I've gotten A's and B's my whole life except for one C. Also, I just want a stud, I'm not even thinking about an actual ring. Is there any tips to convince her to let me get a piercing.

bby_grl, Find some time when the system isn't armed. Then open the window and look for the pressure sensor. It is probably the type that is on a spring, and when you open the window, the sensor springs out. Get some tape and tape the sensor down, so that it doesn't pop up when the window opens. Now, when the alarm is armed, when you open the window, the sensor will stay in place and the alarm will not trigger.
What are they for? To detect smoke? And they keep going off? HUMI wonder what is making them go off. Perhaps you need to check your gas furnace, fire place, gas water heater, gas dryer, pellet stove or kerosene heaters for improper function. Maybe they are trying to kill you.
