Now I know safety is important, but i can't go bankrupt from this either. I'm asking if someone can link me to gear that is cheap and protective enough. I am OCD and need it to come in majorly black, (white might be manageable), or kawasaki green. The list of stuff I am looking for is as follows:Riding Pants*Riding jacket*gt;Riding suit?Riding boots.Riding gloves. Now, I'll need a little imput on the items I already have, but dont know if I should keep or buy new:I already have gloves, oakley SI assault gloves that seem to do the jobgt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt;gt; yay or nay?I already have boots, US military issued tan boots (extreme hard leather toe). gt;gt; yay or nay?
Attorney? For what? They don't need a reason to fire him.
I'd bet the company has documentation why they let him go.
it is perfectly legal to fire him for no reason, there is NOTHING an attorney can do for him BUT if he was really fired for no reason he will be eligible for unemployment. if there was a reason for his termination; the employer must provide documentation of that reason, and the state must determine that the reason is cause to terminate him for him to be ineligible for unemployment. this all assumes he has worked enough in the base year to qualify for unemployment the only times an attorney may be of assistance is if the termination was based on an illegal reason (such as discrimination, retaliation, or taking part in a protected activity). or there was an employment contract that was breached
Before. Think about the progression of events and consider that fire hydrants are located just a little on the sidewalk side of the curb. If you fill in the blank with before, what you're saying happened is that first the car was driving normally in the street. Then, for whatever reason, it swerved toward the side of the street, jumped the curb and finished up by hitting the hydrant. That makes sense. Because doesn't make sense because that would be saying that the car hit the hydrant FIRST (presumably after already going out of control once), then moved on, swerved back into traffic, and then swerved back out of traffic and jumped another curb. That doesn't make sense, especially considering that most cars won't be going ANYWHERE once they've hit a fire hydrant. Hitting a fire hydrant is a substantial and damaging impact, so that would stop most cars in their tracks. If the person were driving a Hummer, a semi or a jacked-up pickup, then all bets would be off, but your sentence does specifically say car. Anyway, before is the best choice to fill in the blank. Because doesn't work, as we've demonstated.
when he gets the results from the unemployment comp hearing if it's in the negative he should ask for a copy of that from for his suit. Sure he should check with an attorney. The city, state, county and federal civil servicehire former vets.and even now the school system. some vets start their own business. the five year plan information is at sba . and he'd need a state license to work. lcr000 is only part right. It depends on if you're in a work at will state or not. If you're in a work at will state the boss can let you go for no reason, they don't have to (by law) give a reason. Since your husband got a reason I suspect he isn't living in a work at will state. Nevertheless maybe he should sign up for food stamps while he waits. Maybe get a loan from the government till this mess gets corrected. If the company thinks he falsified documents then they would have to prove it. Usually there are video cameras everywhere so if he did then he's sunk as that would ruin his future, and there are graphoanalysts that can confirm the handwriting. If he didn't do it he should fight it or at the very least fight the accusation.
