Question:

Motorcycle tires brand new, but on bike sitting for two years. Are they still good for easy riding?

Bike has been sitting outside for two years, the tires have less than 200 miles on them. Are they any good? If so how unsafe would it be?

Answer:

Is your Bike Chain Driven? because I couldn't even begin to imagine trying to drive a Bike on a 2 year old non maintained probably rusty Chain. The tires could have flat spots in them after sitting that long I would give the bike a real good once over mechanically and then have plans for new tires real soon and take it very very slow until I got them replaced.
Its your butt in the seat, how do they look to you? are there any small cracks? were the tires flat, and where they were flat was it on dirt or mud, and did they get sun, and look all dried and split? if any part of a tire looks like this, get new tires, if this is a dirt bike, thats one thing, a street bike for high speed is a whole nother ball game ace. I would not drive on cracked messed up tires, its not worth getting killed for at high speed. a blow out front or back is pretty much a death sentence.
The rule of the road is that rubber gets replaced every 10 years. After 10 years their safety can not be garunteed. Two years should be fine as long as there is no physical damage to the outside.
