I play alot of decks that have like 4 windborne muses and 4 ghostly prisons which makes it too hard to attack with a traditional deck so I want to resort to a mill deck in response. I have a few cards in mind and plan on only making it mono blue.1-2x Rite of Replication4x Hedron Crabs2-3x Archieve Traps4x Millstones3x Ensnaring Bridges4x Time Ebbs4x High Tides4x Counterspells4x Cancels2x Howling Mines2x Mind SpringsPlease give me some more card options and keep in mind that I strongly would like to make it mono blue. Artifacts would be nice to consider as well.those are just a few cards off the top of my head4
halimar excavators are great with rite of replication. Jace Beleren is great for milling and he will draw you cards. Ambassador laquatos is a pretty efficient miller. Also keening stone will be released in a couple weeks and it is a GREAT mill card.
whats up, its me again. two cards that i have in mind are opposition and grimoire thief which A). puts your hedron crabs to some use other than just sitting there. B). lets you tap grimoire thief without attacking. and C). adds more control to your build. also if you want since it is mono blue you can add vedalken shackles to your deck. since they only get stronger. and if you do that you can add a phyrexian altar or two ( just take control and when something more desirable hits the board mill em with their own guy) other than that i don't have much else in mind except for maybe rising waters. but eh. hope i helped later
