I live in California. As far as I know, I only have to break and slow down when driving over speed bumps.. but today I got pulled over and ticketed for not COMPLETELY stoppingIt was in front of an elementary school (if that makes any difference..).What's up with that?

Any thing is possible if it is plugged in, I guess. Just unplug it when you are not using it- no fire then.
