Always keep a camera with you. You never know when you will find a great moment or scene. Always carry lens wipes (I mostly wear glasses, so I always keep several with me). You don't need a fancy place for shooting. Local parks, empty parking lots, alleys between stores, etc can make a great place to shoot. Most people know this, but always keep some sort of filter on your lens. It's much easier to replace a 50 dollar filter than an expensive lens. Always challenge yourself and your work. In a sense, don't be too satisfied, always push yourself to be better.
