My 1998 dodge neon speedometer drops to 0 sometimes I hit the bumps and bounce back to normal speed again. I took my car to the auto repair shop and they said it should be speed sensor. I haven't decided about fixing yet. Some answers I found in here said it might be cluster and that would be cheaper to fix.
