I bought a battery pack for a Game Gear (old sega handheld system) and it came with two parts the wall adapter and the battery pack that it connects to charge it and the charge light won't come on and it was practically new this item was something that was sold years ago is there something wrong with it or do I need to replace the battery part inside if so how do I do that??
TTY a different charging cable, if not the batteries defective
Check the power outlet first, if it is working or not. Then the charger. If it don't light, it is the charger.
