My body temperature keeps rising and decreasing- help?!?

This morning, at about 8am EST, I woke up and felt like throwing up, so I went to the bathroom, threw up, and checked my temp, it was 100.5FI checked it at about 9:00am EST and it was 100.7Then it kept, rising and decreasing, the lowest I've got so far is 98.8FMy current temperature is 98.0My symptoms are:TummyacheHeadacheI recently ate chocolate (oops me) and the only thing I've really drank so far is a few sips of water.I am online schooled so I do not miss school when I am sick.I hide under the blankets at night, I was heavily sweating at maybe 4am EST in the morning and crawled into another bed.I really need some advice, whether I go to the walk-in clinic or just stay home.

Make sure your cable needle is in the same size range as the needles you are using for the rest of the swatch and make sure you aren't twisting the stitches when you move them and take them off the cable needleIt is normal for the next row after you have done a cable cross to be tight just keep knitting in pattern and your stitches will even out when you block the piece.
You have a minor virus and your body s fighting it off, it isn't anything to be worried about at this time
