Question:

my car is slanted a little more on the passenger side if i buy coilovers suspension system will it fix this?

will buying coilovers a new suspension system fix the slant on my car?

Answer:

Remove the wheels and look at the springs to see if any of them are broken. Replacing a standard broken spring is much less expensive than switching over to coil-overs. Advance Auto is the least expensive store to buy standard springs. Carquest is the next least expensive place.
I'm thinking that coilovers are for supplementing the existing suspension, not to replace it. I would first find out why your car is slanted to one side - probably a broken leaf in the leaf spring of mis-adjusted torsion bar
How much does it slant? Is this slant with a driver in car or empty? Some cars have a little heavier spring on drivers side so it sets level with a driver inside. Older cars often lean left because of just driver most of the time. Otherwise broken leaf spring or worn#x2F;fatigued coil springs.
