My car makes a somewhat squeaky noise when I go over speed bumps, but when I push down on the car I don't hear the noise. What is wrong?

I only hear the noise when I go over speed bumps slowly.. I was pushing down on the side I heard the noise from (the front left) but do not hear the sound. Should I take it to the mechanics?
