They only turn on on the high setting, then they don‘t go that fast and they will in the middle of the windshield if I turn them off. What is wrong with them? Is there anything I can do to fix them? If it helps, its a 1997 Honda Accord EX Coupe
The motor may have failed as it is designed to have two speeds; the low speed also parks the wipers in the correct location when you turn them off. It is possible that there is a power problem as well, check to ensure you are getting power to the low speed side when you turn them on.
