go stand in the middle of the street and block their way. Let them see you write down their license plate number and tell them you are submitting it to the local police
Get the speeders license plates numbers and get several neighbors to call complaints in about the speeders. It worked well in my former neighborhood.
Doesn't the school have police officers? Down here our school has a group of about 3 police officers, they patrol the streets before during and after school, as well as make patrols around the school during the day. Maybe you can try asking about if the school has them and for them to be more assertive
That is very frightening! I am so sorry that has happened to you. It's hard to say what you should do, because you obviously want to be and stay safe. I guess the only advice I can give you is do things during the day and in high public/ traffic areas. No one, who is smart, is going to rape you or try anything stupid in broad daylight and in front of lots of witnesses. If you go out at night, make sure you stay with a GROUP and in well lit areas. Maybe get a guard dog or something to help protect you while at home. Do your homework first though if you do get a guard dog because clearly they are more difficult to maintain then a regular house dog. Don't let this a**hole loser creep keep you from living your life. Next time he calls tell him you'll rip his you know what off if he dares to come near you. Either that or buy some pepper spray. Nothing says stay away like pepper spray. Good luck!!
I don't know what most of these people are talking about. Talk to your local alderman or write to your congressman's office. They most likely won't do anything about it, but it'll raise awareness, and if enough people complain, they may eventually install stops signs and/or speed bumps, which are probably the best solution. Start a petition and give it to you alderman and congressman. The police can't and won't do much, but the local schools might be willing to aid you in compiling a petition. Good luck!
