I have anxiety. They feel so real to a person. That is why you get light headed and faint. I have been on medicine for my anxiety, and it has helped alot.
hide the spy pen in various random places, running all the time. meticulously edit the footage together into a hideous montage around 10 minutes long, put the craziest stuff right up in the beginning. save the film onto a dropbox account, and email access to her entire contact list if she invades your privacy again. better yet, just show her this answer to your problem, and when her gaze moves from the monitor to your face, just nod slowly while looking right into her eyes. that should get the job done.
It's called psychogenic shock. When the body is stressed (whether from fear, panic, being startled, or other causes), our sympathetic nervous system kicks in with a release of adrenaline and other hormones that have various effects, all designed to enable our fight or flight response. One of these effects is to dilate the blood vessels so that the muscles have adequate blood (and therefore, oxygen) to enable us to react to the stress. Your body may have an overexaggerated response to the stimulus, and overdilate your blood vessels, causing your blood pressure to drop too low, which can result in syncope (fainting or passing out). It's similar to connecting your 3/4 garden hose to a 2.5 fire hose. The fire hose is too big for the amount of fluid you have, and you can't keep adequate pressure in the hose. Blood vessels work similarly.
