They are not chirping it is a loud beep. If you wave your hand under one they all stop, the about two hours later they start again. Does anyone know that means?

Was being 21 a stated requirement for the job? If so, then you don't really have a leg to stand on. If not, and you were otherwise authorized to work in a bar and serve alcohol, then you might have a case. Talk to your local department of labor (check with the city hall) They'll have a better idea of what your options are, from filing a complaint, to taking the bar to court if they won't give you your job back.
