you were ultimate fighting? Are you talking about MMA? Sounds like you were in an amateur bout. Each state, promotion, has its own unique rules. Hell, even the UFC has over 30 rules. Get used to it. Ultimate fighting isnt No-holds-barred like alot of people think.

If the refrigerator were the responsibility of the landlord and it seemed there would be a long time until spare parts could be found or whatever, the landlord should provide some kind of compensation for that (discount off the rent). Otherwise, it's your responsibility, and you could always rent a refrigerator or buy a small one if you had to.
