Question:

my mom just got fired?

today.she had worked for the company (Bon Appetit, food service) for seven years (to the day, tomorrow).Until a couple months ago she had never had a single problem, and several times she even got offered the position of manager (she was the lead cashier), however she chose not to accept it because she didn't feel she could handle that much responsibility. A few months ago the cafe hired a new head chef, who quickly began trying to improve the cafe, by firing all the workers and scaring several others into quitting (he was, according to my mom, exactly like chef gordon ramsey from hell's kitchen, only meaner). He immediately took a dislike to my mom (for no reason whatsoever), and she began to get two or three written warnings every week for such trivial things as not cleaning up an oatmeal spill within seconds after the customer spilled it (i'm serious.) Today he told her that they have had too many problems with her recently and they have decided to let her go.

Answer:

im going skinny dipping in the lake of fire! what does it matter if people want me to wear a bathing suit if im in the lake of fire?
please wash the dishes before going to bed or please limit your time on the video game And you wonder why the kid throws tantrums? You have to remember you're the parent, you don't ask the kid to do something. You tell them - I need you to wash the dishes now or you've got an hour a day on video games or I take the electronics. Trust and independence are great, but they have to earn it, you can't hand it over on a silver platter.. By not putting your foot down, you've let the monster out of the bottle and it's not going to be easy to put him back in. I've always let my son throw his tantrums. I let him yell, scream, get good and mad, slam doors and let him get it out of his system. This includes yelling at me. I let him know when he's ready to act like a human being, we can talk about it. It takes him all of 5 minutes to get over it. And he wouldn't dare slam out the door and leave, and not let me know where he is. Why? Because he knows I'll call the cops on him.
You can go to the association and ask them for the rules and then measure the speed bump versus that. That and complain, complain, complain. Have your neighbors complain, perhaps even sign a petition. Or also contact the city and see what rules there are, im not entirely sure if it would apply to a condo association, but its worth looking into.
