The alarm wont stop a key from working.If the key wont turn its a problem with the lock .Try spraying the lock with some wd-40, If that doesnt work you may have to call a locksmith to open the car and make a new key.
alter your own clothes that really is the true punk style . rip stuff up , safety pin it back together , together mix and match add patches and stitch x's on with colored thread go crazy it will be cheaper and way more original than anyone else , and you get to say I made it ! when people ask where you got it
