im using a roller mouse i have no choice its the only one compatible for my computer i tried cleaning the roller that lets it go side to side but its not working help me!?

When your alarm goes off, mistake or a break in, the alarm co. calls you on your home phone first. Then they try 2 more numbers that you provide them when the alarm is set up. They will ask for a password that you also set up when you get the service. If you give the wrong password, they will call the police unless you can convince them that your the homeowner. If you don't answer the phone, they will call the police.
Someone can be charged with assault for just Threatening to perform any sort of attack so the answer to your question is yes. PS: I agree with the Other poster who said the girl could be charged with peeping or even harassment. Is the new element good did you test the resistance of it. If good look for burnt wire unplug stove. Use a voltage detector to check for voltage. Look for a professional to fix problem!
