Do you ride on the high and freeways a lot? If so then no it's perfectly fine it's cuz the freeways are slightly slanted like the angel of a roof for water run off that's why a lot of highway riders get the left side of their tires worn and start to worry but it's fine lol

If the profile is gone then nothing you do can get it back, steering will just become harder. Why have the sides worn faster? Have you been checking the pressure regularly?
