they're might be some blockage in the printer, so try lifting up the cover and seeing if there is any obstuction. another thing might be the tabs that you slide back and forth for the different size of papers, so if it's too tight it may scrunch up the paper during the feeding process, and also they're might be a foreign object pushing on the paper, such as a wire from your printer.
