When my daughter put it back together, we connected to computer because it wouldn't come on. The screen shows the lock is on, so nothing works. We have tried everything we can think of can't get it to unlock. When you move the switch back forth , you can hear the click that it is moving, but it doesn't unlock. We have checked on the website and find nothing.
