I can hear the motor but the wipers itself won‘t move? What could it be? and how much will it cost? I AM NOT RICH!
Sounds like the linkage between the motor and wiper arms is broken or popped off. Should be a simple / inexpensive fix.
The splines that go into the wiper arm may have come loose check to make sure the arm is correctly attached. It could be as easy as tightening the bolt down.
The linkage has either come loose or broken, cant be that expensive. depends on car how easy it is to get to.
