Need a good full body workout at home?

Hello. Ive been going to the gym and doing weights since december and i stopped like 2 weeks ago cause i dont have time.My biceps have gotten WAY smaller altho i think they are still the same strength.Now i have a resistance band at home,pullup pole,rubber ring(for grip traning) and an ab roller.Now ive started working out at home with all that stuff and doing pushups,situps etc.but still got like 30 mins of exercise while at the gym i stayed 2-3 hours.Please construct a full body workout for me.It doesn't have to be all in one day in the gym i like did biceps chest one day,triceps back other etc.Only thing im not looking a workout for is legs since i already have a plan for legs. Please help im losing definition and ive seen so much ripped guys that workout at home so whats their secret?BTW what i am looking for mostly is bigger biceps,and to gain strength or just not to lose strength(But not to get very buff since im a sprinter) ty in advance guys :D

Lightning isn't attracted to trees- they are the highest object, and provide the easiest path to ground, much like you would if you were in an open area, such as a golf course. You can change the lock, it’s not too hard but will cost you a few bucks or drill a small hole in the latch (the part in the side of the door that goes in and out) close to the door, the hole should be the size of a piece of wire like a coat hanger. The idea is for the wire to keep the latch from going in when the knob is turned.
I have a sliding one at the top. But if someone wants in bad enough they can break it.
