Question:

need help with tire size?

the orignal tire size of my car with the rims are 185-65R-14if i use a tire size 185-70R-14will it fit on the orignal rims of the car?

Answer:

185 is width in mm 70r is the aspect ratio of the side wall to the width and 14 is rim size . it will work your just going with a bigger or taller side wall
It will fit on the rim, check for clearance on the inside of the fender since the tire is slightly taller. The difference between a 65 and 70 series tire is very small but it might rub when turning. (i doubt it though)
The tire will fit the rim. The 185 is the width of the tire and that remains the same. The number changing is the aspect ratio and by increasing the number you are increasing the outside diameter of the tire. This will alter the speedometer as well as the handling of the vehicle. It is always wise to use recommended tire sizes for any vehicle. There are alternate sizes however. Contact your dealer for recommended size options from the manufacturer of the vehicle. This will make sure your car still performs safely.
