Question:

Need info on sidecar for motorcycle?

I‘m 5‘2 small. I have an 750cc Honda Shadow. Am thinking of getting a Trike, Spyder or a sidecar for the Honda. I would like to take my kids out for a ride, they are 10 and 11. I worry about dropping the bike with them on it, so that‘s why I‘m looking. I‘m a lone rider, hubby doesn‘t ride. Question is, is 750cc big enough for a sidecar? Do I need to get bigger bike? Was thinking of getting a Goldwing Trike, but like the sidecar, just because you don‘t see them on the road that much. Any links would be very helpful.

Answer:

Have you tried Soft Scrub? Another suggestion would be to head on over to Home Depot and ask the salesperson in that department what works best to clean your sink. Plastic does stain, so you have to be careful at what gets poured in the sink.
750 shadow is big enough- may want to get a larger rear sprocket or smaller diameter rear wheel with a fat, low profile tire. BMW rally has some sidecars show up, not just the shafties. Watsonian made a 2 seat sidecar, the Urals copy of Strieb seen also for large sidecars. The base for mid size is the old CZ/Jawa rig- originally designed for a 350cc motorcycle, works well on old R60/2s to old 650cc English makes to the 500 to 750 4s from Japan. Sidestrider is name of current copy maker in US I think, the CZ/Jawa was stilll being imported a couple years ago. Motorcycle tires - helpful to put on sidecare tires or the 'trials/unirversal' treads with strong sidewalls.
Not so much a direct answer to your question, but rather a heads up. Bart S says, I am an experienced rider that can ride any bike better than anybody With an overinflated opinion of himself like that, you might want to take any advice from a Troll like that with a grain of salt. Or better yet, totally ignore it.

Have you tried just simple Baking Soda Powder or Lemon ? Works for me. Depends on the base of what had been staining your sink. Hope this helps.
