Need msds for Vinyon fabricWhere can I get this report?
Styrofoam melts at fairly low temperatures, I think, so it probably isn't ideal for this projectI agree the foil idea sounds daunting - how about using polyester quilt batting material, or polyester pillow stuffing, shaped with painter's (paper) tape? I know for a fact that polyester fluff used for sewing and quilting can survive the temperatures needed to cure polymer clay.
Vinyon is a generic name for a type of fiberSo because there are different versions and different manufacturers, you must get it from the supplier of the fabric and possibly having to go back to the yarn supplier.
