Question:

Negligent Driving: PLEASE HELP?

I received for a ticket of too fast for conditions. Which I'm going to fight. It snowed earlier in the day and stopped at 11am. We received around an inch of snow. But the roads were plowed and salted. There was no ice and snow on the roads especially the main road that I was driving on. I have brand new studded tires and he was saying that I should get arrested for negligent driving. I was driving around 8mph over the speed limit. The roads conditions listed for that time being were fair by the dmv. On a scale from Hazardous, Difficult, Fair, Good. Who do you think is wrong in the situation? I think I should get a speeding ticket. I know it was wrong to speed and this is my first ticket as a college student I'm looking to get it reduced. Please help.

Answer:

Nope, because it will stale their caracters in the same way KANE's caracter is staled upTurning them face is not a huge problem but then who else would be the top heel.since it becomes difficult to manage the situation SHIELD will stay where they are!
I think they should ban automobiles, or at least the evil features. There is no reason that anyone needs a fully automatic transmission. They should ban high capacity gas tanks too. If everyone was limited to 2 or 3 gallon gas tanks, they could still make it from one gas station to another, and could carry extra 2 or 3 gallon gas cans if they were traveling in areas where there were not many gas stations. If there was a police chase it would be over in 40 miles or so. They don't need high power engines either. There is no reason for an automobile to be able to go over 75 miles per hour. They need to eliminate exhaust suppressors or at least require a $200 tax. I think that would eliminate a lot of crashes because you could hear the other automobile coming towards you before the crash.
Yeah if you want shield to turn baby face there might as well not be a shield. Just saying.
