im looking for a night vision goggle, scope, binoculars in malaysia. can anyone tell me where i could find/get them? and how much they cost~ thanks.
If you believe it is abuse/neglect, you call. your description of the 'old and senile' dog depicts a dog that may be at the point at which the most humane thing to do is to PTS. why would you care what they think of you if they are dog abusers? If I thought there was abuse/neglect going on I would call on them every time. If that 'causes trouble' then so be it. I would never be silent and let a dog get abused for fear of what the dogs owners might think of me.
Contact the local humane society in your area and tell them about the dogs. If you are wrong, or the owner proves that they are being treated fairly, there is not a whole lot they can do to you. Many people make this mistake nowadays. Don't worry, and remember that your doing it for the animals, not for what the owner thinks about you! :)
It is a very serious thing that you are considering doing and because of this you should get alot more information. make sure that the other dogs never go outside and not that you are simply missing their activities because of your own. either way it will cause problems in the neighborhood but if they are truly mistreating their animals then you morally have to make that phone call.
Well walking in circles and falling over isn't much of a case, many dogs have this as a health problem that owners manage as best as possible. If the dog is overly skinny and not being properly taken care of, though, I'd report it. Skinny is NOT seeing ribs, skinny is ribs are fully out, hips are sticking out, etc. If there's feces all over the backyard that is very bad and they don't clean up, that just ads on. I can't see the condition, so you'll have to pick your battles.
