Are substances that are listed as non-controlled illegal to obtain in the United States. Why would this classification exist if it doesn't mean what it seems to? Where exactly are the lines drawn between OTC and prescription only but non-controlled? It seems as though this indefinite system we have is not that easy to interpret.

its your cv joint no doubt. take it to a repair shop to get it fixed wont cost a whole lot or much time. next time be easy on those lol
I don't think you should have this problem. I have never seen a fire hydrant on a corner before.
Sorry, but it would be very difficult to diagnose the problems w/o seeing the vehicle; take it to a mechanic or somewhere like a Pep Boys so that you can get estimate on repair
