Ok so i need some advice with food?

im trying too loose weight! and i excercise and i never eat chocloate and what not! i eat pretty good!! and i dont eat too muchive tryed so hard but its like nothings working!ive even tryed drinking cinnomon and honey because i heard it works?pleeeeease help me.??/AND im just wondering if someone knows a good site that has calories for like everyday foods?????
