Part your hair in four rows going straight back and take two sets of strands at a time and cornrow them straight back. If you need the style immediatly then sit under a hair dryer for about 45 minutes if not do it at night sleep on it and take dowen the twist in the morning?
A couple of possible problems, Parental Controls (but the message should be different) If you are in a business environment it could be do to a change made by your IT folks.
