I have an old fire extinguisher. I don't know anything about it, but I'll describe it.It is made from stainless steel. It uses water. The pressurize it, it is like a bike tire, you use a pump on the little nozzle thing. It also has a pressure gauge to tell you how much pressure it has inside. It hold 2.5 gallons of water. That's about it, I tried it and it works, I refilled it and pressurized it in about 5 minutes. Is it worth anything? Can you get me some info on it? Thanks!
Have they told you how they want you to improve? Any good manager should work out a plan for improvement with a staff member who they feel is struggling. They should tell them what the expectations are and when they want to see improvement by. Otherwise it's just telling someone you suck, get better or get out. And how is anyone supposed to know what it is they're failing at if they're not being told. You need to be put in a path to improvement, not beaten down and never given a chance to get back up. Having said all that, if you can afford to quit, I would give notice. I could be wrong, but I think it looks better professionally to leave a job on your own terms than to be asked to leave it.
This information is supplied on the fire extinguisher in question. It is called the specified Temperature range. I have an extinguisher that has one that ranges from -20 to +60. You should follow the information supplied on your individual extinguisher.
