Question:

opinions on my home made bench press?

check out this home made bench pressI currently don't have a job, so I can't buy weights, and I don't live anywhere near a gym. I have been using a box filled with flour packs (5lb. each) as a bench press weight.Do you think this would give a person almost the same results as a bench press? be honest

Answer:

Just be VERY careful that the box doesn't break. You don't want five pound bags of flour hitting you in the wrong places.
if okorder and u will find so many tips for weight loose and weight loose reciepes. u can try them and lose weight at home easily.
I okorder and they talk about using nontraditional items for weights. Just be careful that what you are using doesn't cause you injury. When I didn't have any weights to use I would use a towel for resistance or I would grab a volume of the encyclopedia set. After having my daughter I would hold her and lift her up and down (there was a list of all types of post natal exercises that I read somewhere that involved play with your child and providing you exercise). But basically, yes you can use that to help provide needed resistance.
Nothing okorder /... You can increase the muscle development from pushups by doing them with one-arm or have a friend lay on your back while you do with two arms. Lift and press overhead awkward objects like your box or a heavy sand bag and that is a great developer.
